The Austin Air Immunity Machine is Austin Air's most advanced purifier—built around the only 8-phase filtration system they make. Eight technologies work in one sealed, all-steel cabinet: medium and large pre-filters, a four-part granular bed of activated carbon, impregnated carbon, zeolite, and impregnated zeolite, a layer of Medical-Grade True HEPA, and a final Phase-8 HEGA carbon cloth. Together they capture 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns (and 99% down to 0.1 microns)—the size range of many airborne viruses and bacteria—while the deep carbon/zeolite bed and military-origin HEGA cloth target VOCs, formaldehyde, ammonia, and other gases. How the 8-phase filtration works
Phases 1 & 2 — Pre-filters. Medium and large pre-filters capture the visible stuff: dust, pet dander, pollen, and mold spores, protecting the media behind them.
Phases 3–6 — Four-Part Granular Defense. A multi-phase mix of granulated carbon, impregnated carbon, zeolite, and impregnated zeolite adsorbs odors, VOCs, formaldehyde, ammonia, nitrogen dioxide, and other harmful gases.
Phase 7 — Medical-Grade HEPA. Certified to remove 99.97% of airborne particles at 0.3 microns and 99% at 0.1 microns—including virus- and bacteria-sized particles, allergens, and microplastics.
