- Orders placed before 1 PM Eastern Time may ship the same business day when possible.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Free U.S. Shipping
HealthyAirHome.com offers free standard shipping on eligible orders within the contiguous United States. This applies to most air purifiers, filters, and indoor air quality products sold on our site.
Some oversized items, special-order products, remote delivery locations, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Canada, and international orders may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping costs apply, they will be shown at checkout or communicated before your order is fulfilled.
Shipping Methods
Your order may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, freight carrier, manufacturer-direct shipping, or another regional carrier depending on the product, warehouse location, and delivery address.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Contiguous United States: 2–7 business days after shipment
- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories: Delivery times may vary

Manufacturer-Direct Shipping
Some products may ship directly from the manufacturer or one of our fulfillment partners. This helps us provide fresh inventory, accurate tracking, and efficient delivery. Tracking information will be sent by email once your order ships.
Seasonal or High-Volume Delays
High-volume seasons, holidays, severe weather, supply chain delays, or carrier disruptions may occasionally affect fulfillment or delivery times. We will always work to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking within the expected processing window, please contact us at info@healthyairhome.com with your order number.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. HealthyAirHome.com is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Carrier-related delays or delivery errors
- Lost or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect shipping details
- Additional fees required to reship an order due to customer-provided address errors
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at info@healthyairhome.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, tracking number, and photos of any visible damage if applicable.
We will work with the carrier, manufacturer, or fulfillment partner to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Fees and Refunds
Standard shipping is free on eligible orders within the contiguous United States. Any paid shipping fees, expedited shipping charges, freight charges, international shipping fees, customs fees, duties, or taxes are non-refundable unless:
- An incorrect item was shipped
- A product arrived damaged or defective
- A guaranteed expedited service failed due to carrier error
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, customs delays, carrier disruptions, or other unexpected events.
