Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, with all included parts, manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@healthyairhome.com with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions, including how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

If your item arrives damaged, please include your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label when contacting us.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including used filters, opened replacement filters, special-order products, clearance items, gift cards, or items that have been damaged after delivery.

Return Shipping

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, freight charges, customs fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, with all included parts, manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
