The Airpura R700 is the quiet, high-capacity member of the Airpura lineup—an all-purpose True-HEPA and activated-carbon air purifier for large spaces up to ~2,500 sq ft. It shares the R600's 18 lb carbon bed but steps up to over 100 sq ft of True HEPA, a more powerful 635 CFM impeller, and quieter low-speed operation (30.2 dB). It captures 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns while adsorbing chemicals, gases, and odors—built in all-metal, powder-coated steel with a pressure-sealed chamber, on casters.
How Airpura's filtration works
Air passes through three stages. A cleanable pre-filter catches large dust and lint (vacuum and reuse, replace ~once a year). An 18 lb activated-carbon bed adsorbs VOCs, gases, and odors. Then over 100 sq ft of True HEPA—more than double the R600's—traps 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns. The larger HEPA area means more surface to capture particles and a longer service life, while Airpura's pressure seal and metal-capped filter ensure no air bypasses the media.
